Upturned face to sky

Soaking in the April sun

Warming rays of peace

Walking in the park

Rivulets of melted snow

Streaming down the hill

Life gladly returns

To the slowly melting land

Chattering of birds

Long frozen body

Thawing in the warming sun

Yet another change
